Certified Forest Therapy Guide

Online, mentored, supervised

Live sessions, weekly modules, and one-to-one mentor support throughout the program. Practicum is conducted locally in your own natural environment.

Course Details

What's inside the program

Foundations of forest therapy, evidence base, sequencing, ethics, group dynamics, and safety. Twelve thematic modules with weekly readings and reflection prompts.

Guided practice walks, peer-led sessions, and supervised solo practicum with documented reflection logs.

Each participant is paired with a certified mentor for 1:1 calls, written feedback, and practicum review.

Continuous formative assessment plus a final written reflection and observed practical session.

Upon completion, graduates receive an internationally recognized INFTA Certified Forest Therapy Guide credential, ICCFT-aligned.

Reliable internet, regular access to a natural area for practicum, working level English, commitment of approximately 6 hours per week.
